Clint
Jammer has been working for General Motors Oshawa since 1985 in various capacities. For
the past two years he has been in the Body Shop Maintenance Department at the Truck Plant.
Clint paints every day on weekends and after his work shifts at General Motors. As a self-taught artist Clint sees art as a process, the talent is something to be developed. Ten years ago Clint attended a seminar in Alaska where he met and studied under John Seerey-Lester and Alan Hunt two of North America's greatest artists. Since then Clints enthusiasm and commitment has seen his work develop to world standards and he has exhibited at the world famous Buckhorn Wildlife Show. Recently, he received a prestigious honor by having his Millennium Black Wolf chosen in a national wildlife art competition to represent Ducks Unlimited, one of North America's largest conservation authorities. Clints painting was chosen as one of eight out of 350 entrants to be printed and sold at Ducks Unlimited functions across Canada. |
